you need to do is find someone who is committed to working out and eating
healthy with you. This person can be someone who lives with you, a friend you
see on the regular, or someone not so close that you FaceTime or Skype with
often. A recent study conducted at the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine proved that exercising with a partner improves weight-loss
results. Have someone who is responsible for holding you accountable for doing
something, ANYTHING, physical for at least 30 minutes every day! Chart your
progress together, plan workouts and meals together, most importantly have fun
together. Whether you're trying to shed a few pounds or simply want to maintain
a healthy lifestyle, get a partner and get ready!!!
